I booked Charlotte for the Designer for a day Service and found the service to be invaluable and worth every penny! The lead up to the day was thorough with Charlotte gathering information about our home so that she had a comprehensive and a clear idea of the brief along with a knowledge of what styles we like. The whole process was a really enjoyable experience and we have ended up with an invaluable plan and resource for our house renovation moving forward. The format that she used to send her plans after the day is really easy to use and I find myself referring back to it on a regular basis. Virtually every single paint, fabric and lighting option that she sent us we are going to use as she completely nailed the brief. We have a tricky large space and she was able to give us alternative options of layout which we would never have considered. I would wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte. I am already a member of the wonderful Renovation Room that she runs and this day was the icing on the cake! We are very excited to make her thoughtful and considered plans a reality and for our home to be an oasis of calm.

We recently used the Designer for a day service and we’re really pleased with how it went. Charlotte was communicative and helpful in the lead up and we found her insight into how to make the most of our new extension with furniture placement and lighting for invaluable. We were then able to use what we’d learnt to design lighting schemes for the rest of the house with confidence. The 30min follow up was also brilliant for checking our plans and for discussing some worries we had. It was 100% worth the money and I’d absolutely recommend if you need some help with making the most of your home.

We did the 'Designer for a Day' option and Charlotte really helped us to create a cohesive colour palette for our open plan kitchen/dining/family room. She really understood our needs and tastes and came up with ideas we never would have considered on our own. We have now been able to put in the order for our new kitchen feeling confident that it will all work as a cohesive scheme.
