Fantastic service from the team at Kernow Property services, The entire process from start to finish as smooth as could be. we had the pleasure of dealing with Sadie, great service throughout and kept us up to date with our application throughout. even once in, the inventory list extremely detailed with both us as the tenants, and the landlords protection in mind. these guys really make you feel at ease when applying, and completing contracts. pleasant experience all round.

I would like to share how impressed I am with all the team at kernow property services especially Sadie and Claire who I have been dealing with recently. As a landlord I would rate this company as first class and over the last 8 years nothing has been too much trouble. Everything has been dealt with professionally and efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend kernow to any landlords or tenants in the future.

Moved into a new place this week advertised through their service. Vicky and Dan, who I dealt with, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Communication was very good, keeping me up to date regularly with any updates and all questions answered promptly. Very caring, knowledgeable and professional service throughout. Would hope any further moves in the future I do would be organised by them.

Mid Cornwall Lettings have so far been very proactive. They have been very efficient and professional. Thank you especially to Travis for his communications.

It was a smooth and fast transaction. Thanks to Emily, Travis, and to the woman who hand me the keys (I forgot the name sorry). They are all nice. :) Always answer your queries.

Having let our house out for a number of years privately, initially having no problems, we then fell foul of bad tenants. After talking to Allen and Gayle we decided to ask them to take on the property under full management. This turned out to be the best decision we have ever made. Nothing is too much trouble, there are never any dramas when things need doing and we are kept up to date with everything. It has been three years now and we feel like a weight has been lifted from our shoulders and we know we can trust Eclipse to look after our property as though it is their own.
