Had a brief situation with our business server and Cultrix were quick off the mark to address the issue. Straightforward instruction to address the issue internally and we were back up and running properly within 15 minutes. Happy to say this is far quicker than previous experience with other support providers.

We have been using Cultrix for a number of years for our backup and general I.T. support. I call or email them with my questions, they answer, fix, advise accordingly without delay. Cannot fault the team at all.

Not only have 101 been providing IT support to our medium-sized company for the past 3 years, but they have also produced us a professional company website. Their staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and have never failed to resolve any issue we have had to date. Their response times are second to none and they regularly assist us outside of working hours from home. I would highly recommend the services they have to offer.

Having recently renewed our website, we looked at loads of companies but went with a recommend! we weren't disappointed. great service from start to finish would highly recommend them.

I have been with 101ds for 3 years and no job is too big or too small, Steven & Jordan do not talk 'techy', and are very patient. Even on the most baffling problems they stick with it until the problem has been resolved.

Contrac were recommended as a good supplier via our local supplier network. 'Great' would be a better way of putting it! My Mid-week order of an out-of-stock printer + Drum and ink cartridges were all delivered before the weekend. Low prices and honest people to deal with! Will be using again!
