We booked last minute and they were super busy but we cannot fault the service. A wonderful gentleman called Jim served us and nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly and very quick! Food was delicious! Thank you Jim and Team, we had a wonderful meal.

First time visiting Zizzi and will definitely go again. Food and atmosphere was amazing. The service given by Alex was superb - friendly, welcoming and efficient. Thank you for a great evening .

Great food lovely and attentive staff. We were served by a waitress with a long dark plait who was absolutely lovely, very polite, helpful, chatty and accommodating. As someone who suffers from anxiety I find going out to be daunting. I really enjoyed my night tonight though. Thank you.

Service was fab from start to finish and staff were all super polite and efficient. Drinks came out really quickly and food was all served in good time and came out hot. My garlic bread starter and lasagna main were both delicious - highly recommend both of these dishes.

Excellent food and service. My sister is a ceoliac and they had a separate nebu which was fantastic, it was wonderful to know the food would be safe to eat - that is rare these,days still! Definitely recommend.

Delicious food, great people and the atmosphere was lovely. The portion sizes aren't very big but I think that is due to the authentic Italian dining experience whereby you would order multiple courses. I suggest ordering a couple of dishes and spending longer sat together eating, drinking and talking.

Beautiful food in a gem of a restaurant Staff were very welcoming and efficient Definitely one of Newports finest restaurants.

Beautiful place to dine in, we ordered the mozzarella ball and garlic bread for starters before having pizza. The portions are generous and I found the prices very reasonable. Will go again soon .
