I recently dined at Beefeater Newport and had the pleasure of being served by Rebecca. Her service was outstanding and truly elevated our dining experience. Rebecca was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. From the moment we were seated, Rebecca made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. She checked in on us regularly without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were topped up and our needs were met promptly. Her cheerful demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made the evening even more enjoyable. The food at Beefeater Newport was delicious, but it was Rebecca's impeccable service that stood out the most. She managed to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making us feel like valued guests. Overall, Rebecca's excellent service was a key factor in making our visit to Beefeater Newport a memorable one. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately my fish and chips looked lovely but was cooked twice and the fish was dry and unedible. But ended up having the meal for free. Brilliant atmosphere. Very comfortable and easy atmosohere.

Stayed at the Premier Inn next door and Booked for Breakfast and a Dinner, the breakfast was excellent, well cooked and very tasty with a great selection of cooked items plus a continental selection. The dinner was also cooked really well with the usual selection from their menu, the place was packed due to the Conference centre nearby, but the staff were super friendly and helpful and we got our food hot and in good time. The beer garden was lovely and good to relax in. Well done.

Food was delish, service was great, atmosphere was chill and nice to hear live music on piano - I haven't visited since my husband and I got married in the coldra court 5 years ago so was lovely to visit and reminisce.

Food was sensational! We had ribs and pork belly, and it was unbelievably tender and tasty. Service was friendly, and the Guinness was excellent. Highly recommended.

Outstanding!! I took my 3 young children there for an afternoon tea with santa. The food was amazing and very well thought out. The whole experience was fantastic. Stunning surroundings, friendly staff, great coffee, beautiful hot chocolate for the children and all of the food was very, very tasty. I almost ordered an extra tea to take home because it was so tasty and there was quite a bit left over for us to take home to enjoy.

Wonderful location and view. Very welcoming staff. The décor and atmosphere are posh and romantic. We celebrated my birthday there and didn't regret our choice. The food was outstanding, complemented by the professional staff. It's definitely one of the best restaurants in Newport.

We dined at this restaurant on a Friday, as we arrived we were the first people in the restaurant but it quickly filled up. The service was amazing and quite unique to what we’re used to- Eucan was a very lovely waiter! The food was incredible and we thought that the price was brilliant for the quality and taste! We were absolutely full to the brim. If we’re ever to be back in the Celtic Manor, we know exactly where we’ll be dining.

I was in Steak on Six recently to celebrate a birthday. We had a very enjoyable time. Food was excellent and our steaks cooked to perfection. Service was very efficient and professional but friendly. Many thanks to Karol and Stefano for making that evening extra special. Will definitely go back.
