Purchased a silver necklace for my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary. Delivery arrived on time, packaging was excellent, especially the people who had made the jewelery, impressed with the wording.

having had a beautiful silver 60th birthday bracelet bought for me I had my children and grandchildrens names and yr born put on it. In the last 2 yrs I have had 2 more grandchildren so I took a trip into Bath and visited the shop to have the extra names added. Great service and the bracelet was returned to me via RM within 7 days. So happy im thinking of treating myself this birthday.

Great service! Recently purchased my Tudor watch from here, and the service when purchased was spot on. I was on a waiting list for this watch, had a call and when in to purchase as soon as I could - the service was amazing. I recently had a small issue with the strap but staff went above and beyond to help. They have been nothing but helpful and I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a watch.

My wife and I have been going to E P Mallory for a number of years. it's a joy to deal with Andrew and his industry knowledge is amazing. Its nice to just pop in time to time and shoot the breeze with him and discuss the watch hobby. Andrew provides great service and helped me to celebrate a milestone birthday with a special piece.
