We found a very comfortable sofa bed at TR Hayes but it was too small. The very knowledgable and helpful staff helped us choose and order a bespoke sofa bed made and delivered on time. We are delighted. Good old fashioned proper service - highly recommended.

I have the highest praise for the company in general and the store in particular. Its display are excellent, allowing us to get a real sense of the style and design of the different models - and of course to see if a particular style would suit our home. The staff are well informed, efficient and friendly, and gve you the sense that nothing is too much trouble. And delivery was reasonably quick with courteous and helpful service. Highly recommended and would use again, though our sofa is wearing so well (after two years' use) it might be some time before we come back.

I’d give 10 if I could for excellent and unassuming service. Politeness personified with excellent product knowledge. So exemplary I felt compelled to write this review. I hope my sofa bed is half as good on the comfort level. Thank you for allowing me to wander & browse at my own pace.

Really great staff helped me work out what I wanted. The sofa was ready to be delivered within a few weeks but I wasn't so they kindly let me delay it by a few months. It is a fabulous sofa, stylish, well made and looks wonderful in my house (particularly once I have unpacked). Really pleased.
