Just wanted to share how genuinely impressed I am with the customer service I have recently experienced @trek bicycles Bath. I was buying a bike for my son’s birthday and the team in the shop made the whole process very easy. They were happy to discuss different options and found the best bike for his needs, nothing was a problem . The bike has been amazing and I couldn’t have been happier with the level of attention and aftercare. I would highly recommend this shop and the people who work there.

Just picked up my new E-Bike earlier today and couldn't be happier. Phil and Ben have been incredibly helpful and answered all my silly questions professionally. I'd pay extra money to buy the bike for the service I received. So much better than anonymous online shopping. They did price match it as well though, so cheap price and great service. They found the perfect fit and helped me with extras. They were even understanding when my toddler turned the place upside down. Top quality.

I had a wonderful experience buying my bike from Trek Bath, I spoke to two members of staff, Oscar and Claire, both were very helpful and answered all my questions as a first time bike owner! I am so pleased with my new bike and really liked the follow up email to check I was happy with it after a few weeks. Highly recommend!

I recently got a custom build brother stroma from cadence and the process right the way through was brilliant. The team are so helpful and were willing to answer my many many questions. They fitted the bike to suit me and it's super comfy compared to my previous bikes! The build itself is absolutely spot on. Thanks so much.

I had a puncture in my tubeless tires, and the team at the shop was incredibly helpful. They provided me with valuable advice and quickly repaired the puncture. I highly recommend this bike shop whether you’re visiting or living in Bath. Plus, they have an impressive selection of bikes for sale!

Really friendly and knowledgable bike shop, booked my bike in for a service and solved a reoccurring issue I'd had on the bike for some time.

Fantastic experience. Found them online with a superb deal on the dream road bike I was looking for and after phoning them (I live over in Essex) , we discussed payment options and extras I wanted added to the bike. They were fantastic and managed to get everything I wanted and fit it to the bike free of charge. When I came to collect ,yet again, they were fantastic. Gave me a basic bike fit to make sure I could ride away and happy to chat about a range of things including bike insurance ( which they gave great advice on) and tips for routes/ things to take while on MTB/gravel rides. Couldn't recommend them any higher, and next time I'm in Bath I'll definitely pop in and say hi... And chat more things biking

Bought my latest bike from here. They were really responsive over email with my questions to begin with, and this just continued throughout the process! Turned up Sat am and the bike was all prep'd, setup and ready to ride off. Really very pleased - great customer service. The shop itself is also really well stocked - great selection of accessories. Highly recommend.
