I would like to say what an amazing experience my husband and I had here yesterday being served by a lovely girl called Sophie. We initially came in for our daughters graduation gifts ( which we got!) however, Sophie gave us many other options to go for which she explained them all in great detail and we ended up leaving with 3 gifts for my other daughters upcoming birthday and treats for myself also! She is a wonderful, smiley, well mannered young lady and nothing was too much for her. She was so passionate about everything I was talking to her about! She asked another member of staff to check everything over which made the experience feel that extra special. She is such a credit to your store!

my friend and i were served by olivia today and another amazing member of staff. they helped me find exactly what i was looking for, and my friend and i ended up buying matching rings for each other too! both were so so lovely and friendly, it really made our experience great

I recently visited the Leicester store on Gallowtree Gate. I have,in the last couple of weeks,chosen 2 rings. I have taken them both back. They were perfectly fine, just not what i was looking for. Thanks to Demi,lovely young lady assistant,i found the perfect diamond ring. Well done H. Samuel. No fuss or drama,just great customer service.

Demi was amazing, best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Helped me not only with my ring cleaning, but somehow ended up buying two pairs of earrings which i absolutely love! Keep it up!

Good customer service. The Indian lady that attended to me made it easy for me to make a right choice for my wife birthday Present. Her communication skills was excellent. I’ll recommend this shop for people.

Fantastic jewellers! The ladies in the shop are all so lovely. My daughter wanted her ears pierced but had been really nervous about it. Everyone made her feel so comfortable and at ease. She was made to feel so special, the ladies spoke to her directly as well as myself. She got to choose her own earrings and had everything explained to her, she felt so grown up and really enjoyed the whole experience. They have some beautiful earrings to choose from and the entire process was quick and simple. No tears but lots of smiles. Thank you, you've made her day!

I’ve been a customer at Barry Botts over the years but today I went in with my fiancé just to ask for them to help us determine our ring size as we are making our own wedding rings. I also needed help in identifying the stones in my grandmother’s ring. Although we weren’t buying from the shop, the lady was so helpful and friendly with our questions! Thank you.
