I recently visited the Leicester store on Gallowtree Gate. I have,in the last couple of weeks,chosen 2 rings. I have taken them both back. They were perfectly fine, just not what i was looking for. Thanks to Demi,lovely young lady assistant,i found the perfect diamond ring. Well done H. Samuel. No fuss or drama,just great customer service.

Demi was amazing, best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Helped me not only with my ring cleaning, but somehow ended up buying two pairs of earrings which i absolutely love! Keep it up!

Good customer service. The Indian lady that attended to me made it easy for me to make a right choice for my wife birthday Present. Her communication skills was excellent. I’ll recommend this shop for people.

Fantastic jewellers! The ladies in the shop are all so lovely. My daughter wanted her ears pierced but had been really nervous about it. Everyone made her feel so comfortable and at ease. She was made to feel so special, the ladies spoke to her directly as well as myself. She got to choose her own earrings and had everything explained to her, she felt so grown up and really enjoyed the whole experience. They have some beautiful earrings to choose from and the entire process was quick and simple. No tears but lots of smiles. Thank you, you've made her day!

I’ve been a customer at Barry Botts over the years but today I went in with my fiancé just to ask for them to help us determine our ring size as we are making our own wedding rings. I also needed help in identifying the stones in my grandmother’s ring. Although we weren’t buying from the shop, the lady was so helpful and friendly with our questions! Thank you.

We visited the previous week and was greeted by all the team at Pragnell with smiles, felt extremely welcomed, we spoke with the amazing Annie who showed us around and also helped us look for an eternity ring, she listened to exactly what we was looking for! We then came back for the 2nd visit to purchase the ring and honestly the service we received from Annie was the best I have personally ever had!! And my ring completely gorgeous! So so happy!!! Would highly recommend! The place is stunning, with a beautiful collection of jewellery and watches, Thankyou for such a wonderful experience, please do give Annie a massive Thankyou from us.
