Visited the store earlier to exchange my Air Force 1s as i had bought the incorrect size. I have to say a massive thank you to the many staff in the store who went above and beyond to assist me. The staff are all friendly and are willing to go out their way to assist. Having spent half hour instore sorting out my trainers and buying a couple more items, I happened to be assisted by six different very helpful teens at the different stages and even managed to save a tenner through the app that was suggested to me. Thanks!

Visited the store today, Jaden and management were brilliant. Lively atmosphere and friendly staff. Had an issue with an item I purchased, Jaden was patient and attentive, quick to try and resolve the issue which he did. Overall great communication and teamwork. Definitely recommend visiting this branch!

Visited the Store midweek, specifically looking for a brand of clothing for a gift. Was only in the Store a couple of minutes before asking for help and the lovely Charlie came to the rescue. Got exactly what i wanted and Charlie even explained the brand and the new JD App. Thank you!

I previously did a review without thinking about it working in any shop is hard and after talking to security you have to realise it’s Leicester city centre a lot of beggars thieves etc security might come over as harsh but their looking after their assets in store and tbh you have to be aggressive in Leicester no point being a walk over so I can’t blame security for doing their jobs as I work in a store myself so I have to apologise for my rather hot headed review a few months ago at the end of the day their just trying to do their job under the circumstances which arise here same as the workers in store they are trying to do their best.

Lots of variety. Good sale items. Plenty of stock and staff helpful. Changing rooms - you need to ask staff to unlock a room for you as they are locked. If you don't realise this or read the signs, you will be just waiting forever. Whilst waiting for my partner, I told 3 people that the rooms need to be unlocked to use. They all did not realise this.

Fantastic shop with a great selection of products. Staff seemed friendly too. Would recommend 100%.

Visited today as a running newbie, I wanted to make sure I was getting the right shoe for the job. My young son & I walked in & it was very busy, which is what you’d expect on a Saturday afternoon. We were happy to wait half an hour so we did. I was then greeted by Lizzie, she was so warm & friendly. Lizzie did my gait analysis & we found the right pair of trainers. I’m so pleased this shop is local to me as I’ll definitely be coming here in the future for further purchases as I would always rather spend my money with local small retailers. Thank you again & please send my thanks to Lizzie.

Really happy to revisit Rob at the Leicester Running Shop; with my daughter who is on leave from the Royal Navy and has very specific needs from a trainer. Always worth getting gait analysis done and finding a new pair of great fitting runners. Mine are Mizunos, hers are Saucony. Thank you Rob and Mika, brilliant service as always!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came in today looking for a pair of new trainers and to have my gait analysed. I'm happy to say that I've not only got a great pair of new trainers but also now know a little bit more about how different shoes can influence how you run. Strongly recommend all to buy at this shop!
