What an absolutely amazing bed solution. We purchased the Platform Bed (no headboard/space saver) - my son has the smallest room in the house. Now that he is older he was really wanting a larger bed. This small double fit the bill Perfectly. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and the bed is so well made, the drawer slides out effortlessly providing so much space. The whole process through purchase and delivery was seamless I would definitely buy from here again.

I bought 2 beds and the company's communication on the lead up to delivery has been fantastic. The beds are sturdy and no creaking. The assembly was largely easy but the instructions on the final steps putting together the sides and the slats could be more detailed to avoid any steps missed. I had to backtrack a few. The beds looks fantastic and are very comfortable.

Most amazing bed, just what I was looking for! Quality is outstanding, compliments my style and super cosy to boot. Literally couldn't have ticked any more boxes - perfect.

He was very knowledgeable and helped us on our journey making us feel comfortable and at ease. He made us a drink and we discussed our requirements and was so helpful in giving us all the information we needed. Would highly recommend the customer service at Dreams as both Anil on this encounter and Cliare were extremely amazing. Thanks again to an amazing team, because of you we have got what we wanted and we would highly recommend.

Really pleasant service from Claire at Dreams Leicester St George’s retail park. Very polite, professional from start to finish and patient throughout. She is also very knowledgable in the products ranging from beds and mattresses and we were very appreciative of her sales approach, she did not push any products on us and was very respectful in our choices, definitely worth a visit.

Stanley provided an excellent service Explained everything and patience and understanding what we were looking for Thank you.

Can’t thank you enough guys :) Recommended to everyone especially after seeing how much of a rip off the generic bed shops charge. I got an amazing deal & am over the moon! Really great experience with Bed City, customisable beds, really quick friendly and helpful delivery with no pressure at the showroom. We had an issue with the base which was rectified quickly, in a nice and friendly way by Paul, thank you for your help. Would recommend Bed City to others.

Great delivery service ! Delivery men went well out their way to ensure beds were delivered and placed in the correct rooms and work around one or two obstacles within my home without hesitation.
