We found the most amazing engagement ring at Jago Jewellers, thanks to Ian Brodie, the very lovely jeweller. The ring is pre-owned, vintage, absolutely beautiful, unique and has such a lovely story. Plus it has rare chocolate . Ian took the time to answer all of our questions and talk to us about the different engagement ring styles and gemstones, the symbolism of each ring shape and the traditions and the history. He is such a knowledgeable man and we can’t thank him enough for his help.

Selda was wonderfully helpful. She assessed my ring for damages and repairs needed both before, and after having my wedding and engagement rings cleaned in store. Ten minute cleaning service, helpful advice and a lovely team - highly recommend!

Exceptional service and super knowledgeable staff - especially Ian who helped me enlarge my engagement and wedding rings and instal a new battery in my watch. Good prices too. He was a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you Ian and Jago.

I loved it in here. Such lovely friendly staff. Really welcoming. Especially as we had two year old twins with us. It's brilliant to find a jewellers that sells both fine jewellery as well as the fashionable it's also great that not all the fine jewellery has a 5* luxury price tag. I'm thrilled with all mine as well as the present I brought. There is no doubt about it we will come back now. My new favourite jewellers. Thanks Ladies.

The jeweller did a fantastic job cleaning my titanium engagement ring. The ring is now shining again. He made it ready for my wedding. The jeweller did a marvellous job on his goldsmith job. He crafted my husband’s wedding ring. It suits him very well. Initially I thought gold wedding ring wasn’t that appealing and seeing this ring on my husband’s finger made it special. I fell in love again.

Paresh did an amazing job creating my engagement ring and I'm extremely grateful for his artistry. From what we had asked for and knowing what would suit me, he designed and produced a ring which was better than I'd imagined. The service was really personal and professional, and I am sure I will be going back to Petra Gems in the future!

I recently had a beautiful ring made by Paresh. He was so lovely and so helpful. He ordered lots of different stones in for me to look at, as I wanted a large morganite stone set in platinum with three diamonds each side. I was absolutely delighted in the result, my ring was perfect. Highly recommend Petragems.
