We've used this company numerous times, and most recently for flowers for my mum's funeral a couple of weeks ago. They were very helpful in suggestions of options and pricing. The flowers provided were absolutely beautiful, we chose a double ended spray and a heart. The flowers lasted for 2 weeks afterwards which as amazing. The staff were very understanding and accommodating. We have no hesitation to recommend them.

Thanks so much for our beautiful bouquet table settings - everyone loved them! We knew the colours we wanted but it was so helpful to have some advice as well. Having them delivered to our venue bang on time also really helped. Great experience so much appreciated.

Fabulous service, from ordering to delivery. The flowers were a Mother's Day gift after what's been a tough year for many. I left a note to ask the delivery chap to make sure my mum gets to the door as she's waiting for an op so is quite slow and he did (I never mentioned this to my mum as she's a proud lady and would have killed me!). My mum called me after they arrived and commented how nice the delivery man was. He knocked and waited patiently and was polite and friendly, wishing her a lovely day which she really appreciated. The flowers were beautiful, absolutely stunning. This shop should be renamed Above and Beyond because that is what they went for my mum and made her feel really special. You made one lady and her family extremely happy. So thank you to a great team.

I always use Lily Alley as their floristry and service are consistently great. Today however, they excelled themselves! I placed an order mid-morning, by early afternoon it had been delivered, and the recipient zapped me immediately to say "...these are the most beautiful roses I have ever seen". I'm a very happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent customer service. Great website but I had the need to speak to someone and Perfect Moment were very helpful. The people I sent the flowers to were really pleased and said the flowers were beautiful. Then I found I had an e-mail with confirmation of delivery and a fabulous photo of the flowers that they had sent for me and they were beautiful. So tonight I have just ordered flowers again as this is my florist of choice. Think I might order myself something too.

Have ordered flowers several times over the past year or so. Have been very happy with the quality, such as the attached which is from 8th March (women’s day) this year. Very good service, they always send a picture of the flowers too by email. Always reliable and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.
