If I could give 10/5 stars I would. They are absolutely amazing. Greg at the Quadrant Branch was so knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a certain type of mattress due to pain issues and Greg knew exactly what would help me and showed me several different options. It really is a tailor made experience for choosing the right bed for you. The fast delivery 3 days later and removal of my old mattress for FREE OF CHARGE is amazing. The delivery guys were so helpful and friendly. I also received a complimentary mattress cover and pillows which was so nice! Thank you so much. Amazingly run business.

Great little shop. Fab service. Decent selection of mattresses available to test out. Greg was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the right mattress for our needs. We ordered a new mattress and were promised it will be delivered in 3 days. Free removal of old mattress is also a plus.

Relaxed and calm environment. We were able to ask as many questions as came to mind and try the beds without any pressure so we could decide which mattress firmness we were after. We never felt forced or pushed to buy, however we did! Lovely experience! Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant staff. I was struggling to get something online delivered on a specific date and the staff there did everything possible to make sure I got my items on the specific date I wanted. I came in Friday less than an hour before closing. I thought the staff would give up like I did but they worked till the last minute. Thank you all so much St Albans staff. You’re simply the best 10/10.

My first visit to Dunelm, amazing,so many items for the house. We were inquiring about Curtains and Blinds . The lady assistant answered all our questions and put our minds at rest. She certainly knows her stuff.

We enjoyed our visit to your store. We went to buy a microwave but instead we ended up buying Bedding. Towels.a Kettle. 2pillows Flannels.and. Bath mat. Perhaps a microwave next time.

We had some packages delivered to And So To Bed since that used to be our site, we weren't aware that the packages had been delivered to their main office about 20days ago. we recently found out where they were and got in touch with And So To Bed and they still had our 9x packages in stock unopened. Their staff were kind enough to let me know of these packages and we were able to go and collect it. The chances of getting your package back after it has been delivered to the wrong address for more then 20days is very slim but we were lucky it went into the hands of honest people. I Don't know much about their products but i can vouch for their honesty.

Tucked away at their distribution warehouse in St Albans, this is the clearance outlet for the iconic luxury bed brand. Lots of interesting bed frames and bedroom furniture plus various mattresses including Vi Spring. Extraordinary discounts off the normal prices. Most items are one offs so there's a bit of pot luck involved.

A wonderful selection of quality mattresses and super helpful staff.
