We prebooked our instore shoe fitting slot online. We turned up a few mins early, were greeted at the door by a member of staff who ticked our name off a list. There was hand sanitiser at the door and 1 customer at a time allowed through 1 opened door (the other door was shut). We waited inside for a few minutes. Seating is well spaced out around store we took our seat, my child got measured and after several attempts we bought a well fitting pair of school shoes. Olivia was very helpful and considerate keeping her distance and as all other staff wearing a mask and visor over her face. Customers who had not prebooked had to take a numbered ticket at the door and wait outside for their turn.

Had a women called Jasmine assist my son and myself. Very professional and helpful, would 100% recommend this store out the rest in the local area. Was an absolute pleasure thank you!

Went there to buy some school shoes for my son, the lady was very helpful, got sorted in 15 mins. good service!

I popped in a few days ago and was served by the lovely Rhianna! She was calm and patient, really knows her stuff too and served me with a wonderful beaming smile on her face! Just wanted to say thank you, shopping can be quite daunting for me sometimes so it was very refreshing. I left with not only a pair of shoes but also a smile of my own and so I just wanted to share my gratitude! Wish you all well & good luck with the Christmas period!

Went in for some new shoes and we were assisted by Robert (cashier name from the receipt) on Wed 14th August 24, thank you so much for such friendly and patient service. He helped us with the app and we got student discount on there too! Absolute star and we wish him all the best in Japan in the new year.

This is one of my favourite stores in St Albans, Annie, Maisie and Oscar were wonderful and have great knowledge of the shoes!
