Dan’s attention to detail whilst laying the new porcelain patio and building the pergola were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and if any unforeseen issues arose they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our garden is now a place to enjoy and entertain family and friends. We have had many compliments regarding our garden.

Couldn't recommend enough, after being let down several times and given some extortionate quotes I had the good fortune to find Createscape. Simon was quick to respond and come round to the property to provide a quote. Very professional and attentive to my requirements, after discussing the options I chose a balustrade fence and handrail to prevent a fall from height for my smallest boy. Couldn't be happier with the fence, the service or the finished product. Would highly recommend for any fencing or landscaping requirements

Jackson Garden Services was recommended through fb after looking at the work they had carried out. I contacted the owner Shane to arrange a meeting to discuss our requirements. He came on the designated day and at the pre-arranged time. Shane is a very presentable person with a friendly approach and a wealth of experience. He listened to what we wanted and made some suggestions that were taken on board by us. He gave us an estimate for the work and the date he would be ready to start the work. He gave us time to think about the work, although we had already made up our minds to continue. E mails were answered promptly, mainly by his wife Shelley and we agreed a 50% deposit on the work for materials to be purchased. Prior to the work commencing Shane came and undertook a program of weed control. The date agreed was the date started and the work took just under a week to complete. The weather was not kind although this did not deter Shane and his team who arrived at 8 in the morning to complete more than a days work. The work undertaken was more than satisfactory and has transformed our front and side gardens to a low maintenance and manageable area that is very pleasing on the eye. I would certainly recommend Jackson Garden Services and definitely use them again. One satisfied customer. Paul and Carole.

I was recommended to Shane by a large turf and topsoil supplier. He said that even though Shane didn’t work for him any longer, as he was so busy working for himself, that he was the man to save the rear garden of my new house from the dreaded ‘Leatherjackets’. Within a few minutes of speaking to Shane, it quickly became apparent that his knowledge of these destructive larvae was considerable. He came to my house very quickly, told me what needed to be done, and provided me with a comprehensive, very competitive quote, within 24 hrs. He then booked me in as soon as he possibly could to do the work. On the day he started, he actually had to do quite a bit of extra work stripping my lawn. He hadn’t planned to do this, or quoted to do it, but did it purely because he wanted to do the best job he could for me. He charged me not a penny extra from his original quote!

Excellent service throughout, from an honest appraisal on the first visit with some good advice and no pressure to commit, and great communication throughout. The new turf and side gardens look better than we'd even wished. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Shane and Shelley for any landscaping job, whether big or small.
