The door lock was problematic due to the age, no problem for Dave, popped to the office for a replacement lock, explained everything to me, again, incredibly reassuring. Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

Needed a locksmith as my key was stuck in lock. Rang Matt who came within 20 mins despite being full of a cold. Swapped the barrel in no time, sorted the patio door out too and was very reasonable with the bill. Nice guy and highly recommended. Thank you .

I needed urgent access to my elderly mum's home for her carers and he came within 15 mins and gained entry and sorted the door. Brilliant.

Had a door that would not unlock. The locksmith was very efficient and explained everything he needed to do. He removed old broken lock and gave us a brand new one with 2 keys and a new plate. Was all done within an hour. Would highly recommend and will use again in future. Thankyou 5 stars.
