Sam is a highly skilled and knowledgeable sports massage therapist. I came to Sam with hip and leg pain and Sam was able to explain to me what was causing my pain and tell me the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. After the treatment I felt like I was walking on a cloud! Highly recommend.

I was suffering with a lot of pain due to sciatica. I went to see Sam and she gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage which reduced my pain a lot. Thank you, Sam, for doing a wonderful job!

I've been having treatments with Lisa on a regular basis a good while now. She's great, listens to what I need and adapts every session accordingly. I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage and I didn't know what to expect but I felt so relaxed afterwards and would highly recommend it. My go to is a deep tissue back and neck which is fab. We also have a good natter which you can't put a price so that in itself is like therapy!! Highly recommend.

Lisa gives the best treatments! I've had reflexology, lymphatic drainage massages, and have regular Indian head massages. The environment is so calm, cosy and welcoming, all treatments have instant and ongoing effects with Lisa being able to tailor each one. to my particular needs at the time. I can't recommend Seeking Serenity highly enough.

A big thank u Lisa for helping me feel nearly normal & almost pain free from the awful trapped nerve in my neck. Haven't needed painkillers since my treatment! U have worked wonders. I luv ur magic hands.

Ive been going here for around 2 years now. I've tried all kinds of massage and this is honestly the best one I've had. The staff are so friendly and professional, the hot stones are a lovely touch. Currently 6 months pregnant and we were able to cater to me not being able to lie on my belly, and still had a wonderful relaxing massage. 100% recommend, you will not be disappointed!!
