Very friendly staff and the service they provide is excellent. My sister also got braces from Braces & Faces a few years ago and as she had a very good experience, I decided to go with them too. I've been with them for two years now and never have had a problem. Staff have created a lovely atmosphere and address any concerns you might have very swiftly. I would 100% recommend them.

An excellent surgery! Staff are very helpful and skilled! Attention to detail is incredible! I had my braces done with them! Salima is an excellent orthodontist and a great person! I would 100% recommend this surgery to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work and thank you for your excellent customer service.

Really pleased with the whole invisalign experience here. Very friendly staff and they put me at ease if i was nervous at any stage. Would highly recommend.

ROCK DENTAL REVIEWS

Having had a hard time with my last dentist I rang Rock House and was delighted that within a couple of rings the phone was answered. Receptionist listened intently to my problem and asked if could be there within the hour. Upon my arrival found plenty of car parking space. I was greeted by name and requested to fill in form with my personal details. Then at the appointed time I was seen by the dentist. He gave a thorough examination and X-rays. He was very cooperative and professional. He outlined a course of treatment required which I found most informative as my old dentist had not identified any of my problems. The whole experience was lovely and everyone was so nice. They obviously care about their patients and took me on as a new patient.

Although I moved away from Tettenhall some years ago, I still travel back to the Rock Dental Practice. All the people involved - the receptionists, hygienist and dentist - make me feel relaxed and I know I'm receiving the best treatment possible. Thank you very much for looking after me over the years.

I had an appointment yesterday at the practice. The Staff are very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr S Bains is an excellent dentist and has great patient skills. Highly recommended all round if you want a personal touch.

Dr Rana and his assistant were incredible in keeping me calm for a tooth extraction. It was done in 10 minutes and I’ve never felt better after visiting the dentist, as I have severe anxiety regarding the dentist/needles! They were very informative, efficient and easygoing! 10/10.

I highly recommend the dental practice and the work just expedited. I find the execution of services delivered to be the most proficient and professional. Special note to my dentist Sukhraj and assistance Ellie. Please Mr Singh give them this excellent recognition.

The receptionist was very welcoming with a bright smile. I saw Bally and he was brilliant, thoroughly checked over my teeth, X-rayed to make sure everything was healthy. Would recommend seeing Bally.
