Absolutely fantastic. Best physio I've been to. Manisha is professional and very knowledgeable. Have been visiting her as a womens physio and have been very lucky to have been recommended to her. I have acupuncture and physio and she chats you through your treatment. I believe in prevention over cure and Manisha has definitely given me more knowledge to understand how the treatment is supporting my recovery from an emergency c section. I've even recently had Acupuncture to help my sinuses through hayfever and am really pleased with the results.

Manisha has been treating me for a recurring hip bursitis. Pain killers were not effective for me. I never had acupuncture before, but she reassured and gave me confidence in having this alternative form of treatment. She was extremely professional in her approach but more importantly was empathic and cared about my pain and how it was affecting my daily living. She even treated a sciatica (which was not my main problem but had occurred the day before) which I have had periodically for approx 20 years. She gave me quality session times with instructions for exercises in between, to ensure that this can be avoided in the future. I now have greater pain management and an improvement in my mobility. A lovely lady, who I would recommend to anyone else seeking assistance with muscle/joint/nerve problems. Definite 5/5.

Made an appointment with Tom regarding what I was always told by NHS and other physios “tennis elbow” issue. At the very first appointment, after a detailed investigation Tom suggested this is not a tennis elbow injury, and recommended to do MRI before we proceed. He didn’t even charge me for the second appointment which was very kind of him. After doing MRI, and then CT scan we found out I had an overgrowth of bone on the outside of my elbow which was blocked the extension of my arm, this is exactly what Tom said that something is blocking the extension. Got my surgery done, Tom was constantly checking up on me to see how I am getting on. I am so glad I visited Tom and very thankful for his service. Highly recommend this clinic.

Tom was great! Genuinely a nice man Initial assessment done well with treatment that helped immediately And did not push on me booking back for the sake of it Helped me with a home regime of stretches to keep the shoulder happy.

Went to PhysioX due to some issues with my shoulders. The initial consultation established what my problems were and pointed me at the actions I needed to take to resolve with weights and exercises. Definite improvement after only a few sessions and has really helped me on the golf course! Highly recommended. - N P Reply
