I have just been into the coventry store and purchased a new mattress, and I was amazed at the level of service, it was fantastic, Louise was fantastic very knowledgeable and I went on the bed measuring bed and Louise talked me through it all and got the results that showed witch mattress was best for me, we went around the store and Louise talked about the technical spec of them all and I tried them all and we cam up with the mattress for me, as soon as I tried it I know straight away with Louise advice and the bed measuring bed it is the right one for me, the first thing I notice was how pleasant Louise was when I entered the store and her knowledge of the products is fantastic, all in all a fantastic experience and a pleasure to shop there.

The staff member, Louise, was cheerful and friendly, offered us a drink and gave us lots of useful information whilst also leaving us alone to make our decisions. We found the whole process really pleasant and were very happy with our final choice. Would be very happy to recommend Dreams Coventry to anyone.

Fantastic service, Louise had outstanding knowledge and couldn’t do enough to help us. She certainly went above and beyond when we rocked up at the end of a busy weekend with a vague idea of what we wanted. She understood our needs immediately and gave excellent advice. Amazing customer service.

The assistant Akram was generous with his time, knowledgeable, without being pushy. Having established my requirements, he went through the best options or me and didn't hurry me into a decision. He kept a track on the selections and options I had taken on the bed base type, number of drawers, fabric, choice of headboard and most importantly the mattress and best firmness for me. I would definitely recommend Bensons.

The driver and his assistant went above and beyond. They were polite, hardworking, and very quick and easy to deal with. A great example of an ideal delivery experience. And the mattress is extremely comfortable! Brought in store, which was also a friendly, stress free experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent showroom with a wide variety of products - something for everyone. Very clean, tidy and welcoming environment. Friendly staff. Worthy of particular praise was Akram. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. An excellent customer service representative.

Just received delivery of my new sofas. Thank you to Paul who humoured me whilst I was deliberating in the shop for an hour before Christmas, only thing missing was a glass of fizz! Delivery guys brilliant, they had a task removing old suite, down the garden, over the fence, out into the entry, no gym membership required there! Super pleased with my sofas, thank you.

We love going to RCN, we've been going for years...they're always very friendly and helpful. Great range of carpets (...with free fitting, underlay, grippers and door cars), lovely selection of beds and headboards, good range of suits, chairs and tables....plus they can usually order stuff if it's not in stock. We can thoroughly recommend RCN.

Stair and landing carpet supplied and fitted by RCN. Great service, good communications and excellent price. Thank you.
