Probably my favourite place to come shop for shoes. I've bought from here 3 times so far and have been happy with my choices. I do wish they would carry more leather boots options for ladies - I don't mind paying more for those. Otherwise very nice, staff is always helpful, and I haven't had issues with my purchases. Bought them a year ago and still going strong.

Lovely helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Requested lots of shoes/boots for picky daughter - got there in the end with their help.

Lovely staff very polite and helpful but Deichmann please get your air con fixed for your customers and your staff the shop is baking.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff Store Manager was so helpful when I popped into store last week helped me with the right pair of shoes I needed because i wasn't sure which to choose the service from start to finish was 5 star will defo be back again.

Great customer service at this branch of Clarks. I was looked after really well and no request was too much for the staff. The shelves were well stocked with a good selection of products and the quality of the footwear is always top notch at Clarks.

Excellent staff. Even when the most Karen of Karens rages in like a monster, they keep their cool and continue to serve. Great at measuring feet, serving customers, and being friendly to all.

Excellent shop, wonderful staff and great deals. Gave me some great advice to keep my shoes clean for the future and asked if I wanted the shoes I was currently wearing a clean.Really appreciate that. Have recommended to my friends and family and will definitely shop there again.
