I had the pleasure of meeting Stan today. His knowledge of all different types of running shoes was brilliant. He took time to explain different types of shoe and we even tried the ‘runner knot ‘ Me being me would have loved a bright purple/pink pair but Brooks don’t make them Stan also had information on furlong options which helped. In the past I sought out the largest stores thinking they had more to offer, today has proved me wrong . This little store has everything that ALL runners would ever desire. Thank you Stan, my new runners get their first outing in the morning.

One of the nicest sales people I have ever met, I must’ve tried on seven or eight pairs of shoes and had a great chat. A really helpful guy, very informative, would recommend 110% for anyone, looking to get some shoes specific to what they want to do.

Laura was super helpful and offered to help us to use the foot scan, showing me the best options for running shoes for my feet and helping me to realise what size is best (as I have been wearing the wrong size for a long while now). She gave me great information and which brands would be great for me and the reasons why, which was perfect, and gave me time to write notes and take photos of the options.
