My partner and I had an amazing experience at the Oxford (Seacourt) branch buying a bed for our first home. We received exceptional customer service from St Clair. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, gave tailored advice to ensure we found the right bed and showed he cared. When we popped by a second time, he remembered our situation and preferences. It’s little things like that - and offering glasses of water - that make such a difference. We highly recommend and Dreams will be first on our list for more beds in future.

I was given excellent service at Dreams Oxford. Jeff was incredibly patient with all my questions and took a genuine interest in making sure I found the right bed and mattress for me (rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive ones possible). He even helped me with my tape measure to make sure the bed would fit. I was made welcome in the store and even given a hot drink. The diagnostic sleep bed profiles you and recommends a choice of mattresses which speeds up the process. There is a good range of beds in store and lots of parking.

We were greeted in the shop by St Claire and from that moment we were well looked after. Having lain on the testing mattress we were directed to the mattresses most suitable for us both and at no time were we pressured into making a purchase. After trying out several mattresses St Claire thought we would feel comfortable with, we were able to make a decision and very happy to do so. He made the whole experience a friendly and happy one, and we left as satisfied customers.

Viewed wardrobes in store. Range on display limited due to imminent store move but Julia was very knowledgeable and helpful as to wardrobes offered. We returned later that day and opted for a clearance wardrobe due to price and availability. Staff were really friendly and helpful during our visits and over the phone. Also a very big thank you to Crystell for being so helpful. Great customer service.

Warm welcome and friendly staff who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were there for a bed for our 3 year and was lovely not to have the hard sell which we have experienced in the past with other retailers. This made us make a purchase there and then. Would highly recommend.

We’ve been looking for the right bed for months. Have visited the store a few times. Checked reviews. The same patient young man served us each time. I like that he wasn’t pushy. That he gave good advice.

Very helpful sales service, not in the least pushy. Sold us the mattress we wanted and delivered it free of charge. It arrived an hour and a half after we left the shop. So quick and simple. Good old fashioned service which is rare these days. Thank you Minty beds.
