Such amazing service! The staff were kind and very helpful. Chloe from the Oxford Pandora store was very professional and helpful. Thank you so much.

The new oxford store is beautiful, I love that they have moved to the Westgate, especially since their opening ours are now longer! I went in for the grand opening and was served by the lovely Hanna, her product knowledge was amazing and she was so helpful. I always feel looked after in this store, it’s almost a treat just to visit the shop let alone buying anything.

Amazing customer service, Melissa was very pleasant and helpful and extremely knowledgeable, bought a beautiful February Gemstone charm and ring. and just an update for Melissa, my partner passed her theory test with flying colours so this gift went down a treat.

We went here to get my engagement ring resized. We were both initially apprehensive as we hadn’t bought the ring from here and we weren’t sure what to expect. But as soon as we walked in, we felt assured that they knew what they were doing and believed in quality workmanship. Everyone who we dealt with in this process was lovely and reassuring so thank you to all involved.

I had a lovely experience buying an engagement ring from Payne & Son. As someone who was nervous about the process of buying a ring, I felt very at ease here. Anna was very welcoming, knowledgeable and patient with my indecisiveness. I am delighted with my beautiful ring, thank you.

A fantastic jewelers. They made my wife a beautiful eternity ring and they were a pleasure to deal with. We later had an issue with a missing stone from another ring (not made by them) and they were absolutely amazing in helping with the repair, going above and beyond in helping deal with the insurance company. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend it, if you would like to shop high-quality jewellery and watches from a local place with Oxford long tradition and values. I forgot his name but he, I believe one of the owners, was welcoming, lovely, and accommodating. Not only the piece I bought was so cute (carefully placed in a non-tacky gift box), but the experience of buying it also made me feel good about the purchase. Plus, they offer students discount!

I took my daughter’s inexpensive but much loved bracelet in for repair as one of the links in the chain had burst. It was very kindly fixed then and there for me and without charge. Strong recommend!

I've used John Gowing Jewellers a couple times now for jewellery repairs, and each time they've been great. The repairs have been really well done and the service throughout was friendly and helpful.
