I bought my beautiful secondhand bike at this wonderful shop on week 0 of the Michaelmas term with a very reasonable price! They have a good collection of secondhand bikes outside of their shop before each academic year, good investment for students. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I had a few tiny problems with my bike during the year, so I just drop by to the shop and they quickly helped me to fix it within 5 minutes for free. Reliable service, very recommended!

I really had a great experience here today. The store is big and has all types of bikes and accessories. The staff is so friendly and helpful specially Mikey really made our shopping easy. He was so patient and answered to all my basic questions and gave great tips about necessary accessories.

Came in on Sunday after an incident, walk in lovely and kind service bike was done within two hours. Impressive speed and fabulous quality, will be coming back.

Wanted a mountainbike within a specific budget range. These guys had helpful advice on what was in the shop or what could be ordered in for me to try, and helped me make a choice I’m really happy with. They also replaced a part in order to make the bike a better fit for my height. Thanks.

I took my bike in after a crash and Florian stopped what he was doing, chucked it straight in the stand and straightened the rear hanger in about 2 mins. Really grateful for the kindness to see it wasn’t a big deal and just sort it there and then. Much appreciated.

Many thanks to Brandon and his colleagues for their great help in building my new road bike! Their friendly and professional service was outstanding. Thank you.

Went in today to get info about bikes for rent and for sale. Graham took excellent care of us. He answered a million questions and provided all the information we needed. Love it when a bike shop makes you feel welcome versus not cool! Highly recommend this shop.

Needed a way to secure my back basket to my rack, and the guy gave me the plates for free! In general they’re always very helpful and nice. I’ve come in a few times to ask them to raise my bike seat since I don’t own the wrench, did it quickly and no hassle. Conveniently located too.

Will was super helpful when I called in during a long distance tour, he tightened my cranks on the spot, something I had no hope of doing with my multi tool. Really well stocked shop and run by friendly and passionate staff. Highly recommended.
