Went into Southend branch yesterday to ask for help setting up my new phone, Charlie was able to help me, I found him to be pleasant & courteous, the fact that I did not buy the phone from them but had an account with them was not an issue, thank you for your help.

I had my phone stolen a couple of nights before I visited the O2 shop, Southend. I entered and was greeted, and welcomed by Tye. He was so helpful and kind. Also, there were two other gentlemen called Ben, and Leeroy. They allowed me to use their phone, to contact my insurance company. Ben also fitted a new SIM to my spare phone. It was truly top-notch customer service in there. I recommend that you go there if you need helpful and knowledgeable agents.

Went in yesterday to buy a new phone. The help I got from Lee and the boys was wonderful. They couldn't have done more. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had an enquiry about our tariff and the staff in there were polite and very helpful. They sorted our issue for us.
