What a great experience. Popped in to browse for a bicycle and the customer service was brilliant. I explained my requirements (a road bike, being used for general exercise by a heavy chap, and a very specific budget) and the guy was fantastic. He carefully explained about the various bikes available, talked me through the features, and gave his recommendation. Importantly, I never once felt like I was getting the hard sell - the guy was just helpful and left the decision entirely up to me. Ended up walking away with a new bike, lock and pump - and they even set it all up for me so I could just hop on and cycle off. Excellent service, couldn't have been more helpful. Can't recommend this shop highly enough.

I bought my bike about a year ago and was very pleased with the service and enjoy riding my bike but I'm leaving this review as cycled past today and a young man who was working on a bike outside noticed my rear tyre was a bit flat so called out to me. He said they could pump it up which they did free of charge. Really appreciate them picking up on this and the fantastic customer service.

I have just picked up my E bike and everything was fixed perfectly. Its running better then before i took it in and i highly recommend this shop. Very friendly and i will be using this Bike shop in the future. Thank you!

My girlfriend had a nasty fall off her bike and lost her confidence, as a result she was looking to part ex her bike for another one. Luckily we happened across Jayz Bikes on Hamstel Rd. Jay spent a lot of his time chatting to us both in an effort to convince her that there maybe other more cost effective options, namely not selling or part ex’ing the bike but setting it up properly. This he did immediately with us able to return just a couple of hours later, all for the price of ten of His Majesty’s pounds. I really couldn’t fault his actions and I for one will be bringing my bike in for an ‘mot’ as a follow up! Awesome service of the like rarely seen these days. Thanks Jay.

Fixed my bike up in less than a day and for cheap. There was quite a bit that needed doing to my bike and the man was very helpful, he made my bike feel practically brand new again and it’s about 6 or 7 years old. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to say a massive thank you. My son had a problem with his bike and stopped by the shop for help. The lovely gentleman there fixed my son’s bike and didn’t charge him a penny. My son was able to continue on his journey. Thank you so much.
