We were very impressed with the Southend Airport store. Staff were welcoming and service was superb Neil was very knowledgable in the products and showed us all the beds and answered all our questions very patiently. We bought a bed, enjoyed interest free credit, a bonus in these difficult times and delivered on time by very helpful delivery men We were so impressed that we returned yesterday for another bed and once again first class service from Neil and the “Dream Team” Thanks and can recommend.

Went to Dreams at Southend Airport for two new mattresses. Was greeted by Paul who was extremely helpful. He set us both up on the sleepmatch bed which worked out the perfect type of mattress for us. Made the process so much easier and we are both really pleased with our purchase. Even came out with some new tempura pillows.

Today we bought our new bed and mattress. We found Neil extremely helpful, not pushy and ready to go the extra mile. He let us discuss and took a step back and answered all of our questions when we were ready. I would recommend customers talking to him.

Many thanks wonderful service, friendly, kind and understanding staff. Needed a bed delivered urgently for my elderly mother. The bed was delivered next day as promised, other places could not deliver for a 3/4 days because of our location. Thank you again.

Wow what a great find Thank you so much for going above and beyond to get a bed in place ready for my husband coming home from hospital. Bed ordered Friday, delivered & assembled Monday best service indeed. Polite and extremely helpful from start to finish thanks so much x.

I can highly recommend them having purchased two very high quality wardrobes. They are superior to other products that we viewed elsewhere and better value for money. We were impressed with the level of service all throughout and their guys that did the delivery and installation took pride in their work. We shall definitely go back to them in the future.

Great family business, very knowledgeable and a very polite assembly team too. Really knew their stuff and good quality furniture supplied. Really pleased with my new bedroom furniture ! Thank you.
