Threshold made our house move a lot easier after what was a rather long process. We would like to say a massive thank you to Joe, he was absolutely great, lovely to talk to and found us an even better rate closer to our completion date. Jav was fantastic for sorting out our home and life insurance. He took the time to properly understanding our circumstances to a great depth as my partner is in the military - Jav made sure that he found us the best possible fit which we are extremely grateful for. We would also like to thank Carol, our case handler, for being so patient and attentive. She was extremely kind and it was always lovely to receive an email from her during the stress of waiting for a completion date. I had the pleasure of having Kristy as my mortgage advisor, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
