Took my puppy Bella for her first adult groom with Michael today and we had such a great experience. Michael was amazing at recommending what style would look good on her, and showed me through photo examples so I knew what to expect. The staff were all absolutely lovely, and I even received texts throughout the groom to keep me updated with how Bella was getting on. Perfect experience, Bella will be back soon for more treats and pampering.

My little dog is quite nervous. The staff here are very understanding. Very friendly team. My dog came out looking like a little black Prince with a velvet black coat Groomed to my instructions PERFECT.

My pup has been so well looked after by Karen at Barks n Bubbles. He is petrified of all kinds of noises, especially clippers and hairdryers, so the care shown has been ever so appreciated. Would totally recommend.

I’ve just picked my Bella up (a very hairy long haired German Shepherd) after her groom and she looks and smells amazing. The girls are wonderful with her, genuinely care and spoil her. A vet suggested Bella have general anaesthetic to have her nails cut as she’s such a baby but the girls do her no problem. I’ve also been a little concerned about a possible health problem with one of Bellas legs and they mentioned it to me so will get it checked out. Friendly, professional and also advise and do exactly what you ask for. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We used Tops & Tails for the 1st time & we were over the moon. Our cocker spaniel was groomed perfectly & we are exceptionally pleased with the way she looks.

Wonderful groomers that make a lovely job of my girl and they have a lovely way with my her. She practically drags me in to see them which is always a good recommendation if your dog is happy to go there.

Cheryl very kindly accepted my mini cross Schnauzer/Poodle puppy as a client. An excellent groom and . friendly and warm person, Cheryl greeted us in the car ready to take my puppy. Bearing in mind he hates being brushed he settled down very quickly but was a little afraid of the table. Cheryl went to extraordinary lengths to pacify and reassure him. Although still a little nervous he came home with a magnificent haircut and I even had feedback from Cheryl re the future and what to look out for for the times between appointments. We will definitely be a returning customer and I'd thoroughly recommend Hair Bears for prospective clients who want a smile and an excellent service. well operated.

We recently booked our Cavapoo Kobe in with Cheryl for a full groom. We’d been to another groomer previously and hadn’t been as impressed with the quality of the cut so were trying someone new. When we arrived to pick Kobe up we were blown away. Cheryl had done an excellent job and Kobe smelled and looked incredible (the best groomed in our house by a long way). I would recommend to anyone looking for a poodle cross groomed. Can’t wait to book him back in.

Best groomer ever used my Gizmo looked so adorable after Cheryl had worked her magic will never need look for another groomer again she is the best.
