The Coversure team are amazing and so supportive. They always make you feel like you are their only customer and they never rush you. They are the only reason I have been able to make a successful claim when a lorry reversed into my fence and when someone went into the side of my car. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Such a great team.

Although I and my mother have used Coversure for many years, I recently had need to use their expertise to assist me in claiming damages for loss of my car in a road accident (Not my fault..!!). James, Martin and the team were very understanding and listened to my problems in dealing with the other persons insurers and claims company as well as making the calls to expedite the claim so I could purchase a replacement car. Without doubt without their assistance this would have been an even more challenging process. I cannot recommend them enough. Gary.
