Vanity Nails and Beauty is hands down the best nail salon in Macclesfield! The staff are friendly and professional, and I always feel pampered during my visits. Their manicures and pedicures are top-notch, and I love the tranquil atmosphere—it’s the perfect escape from a busy day.

I’ve been coming here for my nails for around 7 years and the girls are so friendly, professional and brilliant at nails I’ve now recommended them to my daughters and mum too who now go.

I had a fantastic experience at Vanity Nails and Beauty! The salon is clean and relaxing, and the technicians use only sterilized tools, which made me feel safe and cared for. My nails have never looked better, and I can’t wait to go back for more treatments.

I love my nails! So pleased with them. A big shout out to Lucy who did an amazing job and who was very patient with me when I couldn't decide on colours for both toes and hands! Tan runs a very friendly and clean salon. I've booked to return, which says it all.

Amazing at his work and I always love my nails. I come all the way from North Wales to get my nails done sometimes. 100% the best. And deffo worth the long drive.

When I had my nails done, the stuff was lovely. And friendly and even offered me a drink. And my friend a drink that was waiting with me which was lovely of them. She had 2 drinks of coffee my friend. And I got a drink of coffee and cookie biscuit with mine.And a sweet and my friend got a fig roll biscuit And a sweet to Lovely service.

So professional, always ask if they are getting it right for what you want. Lovely staff. Nails last ages! Like 5 weeks with looking after. Friendly environment.

Walk in. Got seen straight away. Really lovely friendly guy started gel nails off, then a younger man painted my gel nails. Really fin friendly place. Had a great laugh. Nails look great.
