From the moment I stepped inside the shop I was made to feel welcome. The optician was very thorough and explained each step of the examination. The lady who helped me pick my new glasses was as excited as me to match my new frames with an amethyst lens! Professional but friendly and helpful with a brilliant sense of humour. I will definitely be going back.

The staff at vision express Brentwood were very helpful and friendly. They were very efficient and I received my glasses within a week of my eye test. Great service.

The staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. They listened to what I needed and didn’t need. There was no forced selling used, I didn't need new glasses just the nose pieces replaced which they did happily. Everything they did was explained clearly and precisely. Best experience I have had in an optician’s ever. The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgable and professional. You are in safe hands at Boots Opticians Brentwood, they really go the extra mile. They are very thorough examining you and ordering your glasses, all the staff are amazing such a fantastic team.

All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I was seen on time.The optician took time to make sure she found the best lenses to improve my sight.

I had Eye and Hearing tests booked, which were carried out in an efficient and professional manner. Excellent service from my local Boots branch in Brentwood High Street, very friendly staff and good facilities. Vanessa, the Audiologist deserves particular mention for her technical expertise and fantastic customer service.
