The front desk staff always greet me with a smile and genuinely ask how I’m doing! They are extremely lovely and care about me and my recovery. Erin has been fantastic both pre- and post-op. She put together a clear, structured rehab plan, and we track everything together using a live Google Doc, which has been really helpful for staying on top of progress and updates. She’s also introduced some new tech to measure the strength in my leg, which has made things more engaging – and even a bit competitive, in the best way. I honestly can’t fault the place, the people, the equipment, and the level of care are all top-notch. Most importantly, I feel confident in my recovery, which is everything. I went to 5Physio in Shenfield with a recurring back problem. Brad has been nothing short of amazing! He has helped me to understand the root cause of my injury, alleviated the symptoms, and immediately gave me some active recovery exercises. In following sessions he has given me progressive exercises that have reinforced any weaknesses I had. This has given me the confidence to get back into running, football and gym pain free! Would 100% recommend to anyone who has had a long term injury and needs the tools and guidance to recover.
