Great park, with full working toilets. If your out for a walk or kids to play it's Fantastic either way. Even more so if you drop on a event day. We went to the bubble rush 5km fun run. Wow, kids loved it and the people loved it. Community coming together and raising money for our local charity (Barnsley hospice) Highly recommend on event and social calendar.

This is the best kept and prettiest park we know. We enjoy walking there and thank Pat and her daughter for spending so much of their free time to keep it looking good. The Park keeper is also brilliant.

A lovely walk with great views. Its mostly disabled friendly. I managed to get round most of it on my small mobility scooter. Good place to take dogs for walking although you must be prepared to carry round any business they do because there is only 1 bin of any kind and that is in that is in the entrance to the park.
