PREMIER INN BARNSLEY CENTRAL M1 J37 REVIEWS

My colleague and I were travelling for work and we arrived after 11pm so obviously the bar was closed. Jess, on reception, who checked us in couldn't do enough for us and was so kind and helpful. She got us iced water from the bar and gave us packets of biscuits. She really went the extra mile. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and waiting staff helpful. All in all a really pleasant stay with excellent customer service better than most 5* hotels. Recommended.

Great service from the staff, James particularly was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He’s an asset to your business, I could see he was treating everyone in the same way - amazing customer focus. Thank you for making my stay so lovely James!

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Park opposite the One Stop plaza for free parking if leaving before 7am arriving after 6pm. Would stay again.

An amazing stay, the reception team was welcoming and super friendly. The bedroom was clean and had all the facilities I needed. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of clean towels. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and there was always staff refilling the food. Overall an outstanding stay and I would come again in the future.

I Stayed a week at the Ibis and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms where clean and tighty. I Never went to Europe before and was a little surprised on the space of the overall room because recent comments said it was spacious but I am also custom too American Hotels so I couldn't imagine what a small hotel room would be. It was a very lovely room and cozy though.

I went here with a Caledonian travel mystery tour and it was alright. The food was alright, not anything incredible but it did the job. The rooms were quite large and well arranged. It was very hard to sleep though as it was just off the M1. Overall, a good hotel if you would like a budget hotel for 1 or 2 nights.

We would highly recommend the Travelodge in Barnsley for their warm hospitality and customer experience Beverly, Angela and the entire team were super friendly and accommodating Should we travel up north again, we now have a place we can stop over at! Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for the wonderful service we got. Nothing was too much trouble. The lass on Reception on the Friday when we got there was wonderful. She loaned us the laundry trolly so that we could bring our luggage in, in one go instead of making numerous trips. Also made sure the doors were open so that we didn't struggle with them. Whenever we needed top ups for the hot drinks that was no bother either.

Now this is the place to visit. The room was very clean. The staff were amazing very helpful nothing two much trouble thank you so much. Will look forward to staying with you again very soon...
