Nuttall Park is a broad urban community park that is 5 miles north of Bury and 600 meters from Ramsbottom town centre. The park is top-level in most places, has well-maintained footways, and has accessibility to people in wheelchairs and families with pushchairs. Nuttall Park is an excellent venue for hosting outdoor birthday parties and festivals. There is a tea room open on weekends and bank holidays, and an impressive refurbished bandstand for events. The park features an outdoor gym with stainless steel exercise machines, two tennis courts, and bowling greens. Nuttall Park has been honoured with the Green Flag Award, recognising its excellence in green space management, particularly its beautiful gardens. The park hosts two bowling greens, a football pitch, a children's play area, an outdoor gym, and an orienteering course. Nuttall Park has a fairly large car park near the playground entrance. The park also features good health and fitness facilities.
