Just booked a week holiday in Crete with Andrea in Bury, we didn't really know were we wanted to go but with a lot of patience and laughter we found the ideal holiday for us. Andrea was so helpful and knowledgeable about the travel sector and nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything that we needed to know and even accommodated us by checking up on a single traveller so my sister could join us on the holiday, explaining and sorting airport assistance. Just come back from cape Verde which was also booked through TUI and would recommend them for all your holiday needs.

Recently visited TUI Bury where Molly helped us arrange a holiday. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating finding us a break to suit all our needs. We hadn’t considered Italy as a choice, but now can’t wait for June to arrive so we can “fly and flop”. I would highly recommend Molly,

Had a chat with Danielle today and booked a holiday to Gran Canaria. She was absolutely superb, friendly and made it all very very easy. Cant speak highly enough of her. Looking forward to our holiday to a place and hotel we love more than anywhere so thanks again.

I walked in to the store so upset due to what happened with my other holiday and Louise really did turn our day around and sorted us a nice holiday and made sure everything was double checked before I left! What seemed like 24 hours of a nightmare after our holiday getting cancelled…Louise made mine and my children’s day and we are going on holiday after all! Thank you so much we are so grateful !!

Popped into the branch and wanted some info on long haul summer destinations. Staff super friendly but not pushy. Answered my questions and suggested some destinations which met my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were very attentive. So pleased with my experience. Will be back!

Booked a Florida holiday with florida4less , I would definitely recommend this company. From the day of booking they have been so helpful and professional. Last person I spoke to was Martin, he is a credit to the company takes time to give you all the information you ask for . All the staff are great well trained to deal with customers. Which is what you want when booking a special holiday like Florida. I have recommended them to family and friends . It's good to find a company you can trust and rely on.

We have just come back from a trip of a lifetime all aided by Graham at Florida4Less. From the time he spent advising us of his knowledge of different areas we may like to stay given our families criteria to the vast different experiences we could encounter and see we have never in all our years of booking holidays through independent companies have we come across such amazing customer service. Booked with this company, had great service throughout from booking enquiry and getting all my questions answered to the package they put together for me. Was a very good price for the holiday, I shopped around and this was the most competitive price for the hotel and package we wanted. They were very professional and would definitely recommend to others.
