"The bar and grill team at the Village Hotel in Bury are incredible! What they endure during busy periods is often crazy, yet they remain professional, friendly, and kind". "In addition, the leadership team, lead by Adam are fantastic, always take on member and customer feedback to continously improve our experience!" Keep up the great work!

Stayed twice here and both times we had a brill experience. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We were also gifted an additional voucher to spend on food and drinks. Additional mention to Max a lovely lady in the bar who made our stay a 10 out of 10 by going the extra mile.

Very clean rooms. Service from one person in particular called Claire was excellent. She made sure we were happy with the food at all lunch times, making sure we are satisfied. She was super friendly every hotel needs a Claire.

Amazing afternoon tea. Staff and manager were very attentive, fun and so pleasant. Made us ladies feel very special. The food was so good , best afternoon tea iv ever had. Attention to detail was given in every way. To the fireman's lift guy... ur the best. You made our day too.

The staff are excellent. The premises are clean and warm. The meeting rooms are well presented. There is a large car park. They are very disabled friendly and have a dedicated wheelchair accessible elevator. It is quite a joy coming here. Easy to get to if driving on local roads or motorway.

From entering the hotel for the first time the staff will welcome you like an old friend. I am disabled both physically and mentally. And I don't have any anxiety here. It feels safe. The staff are caring. And the food at Oscar's is simply sublime. I will definitely stay here again (if they'll have me).

Beautiful location, surprisingly quiet. The comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Love the option to purchase breakfast separately in the morning if you want it. Lovely bath and all you might need provided. Apparently the spa is amazing but ran out of time. Sue and Abbie on reception were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the activities they recommended were spot on. I will be returning ASAP.

Comfortable bedrooms, lots of hot water for the bath and showers. Great food amazing staff. Lovely views. Peaceful with added advantage of the leisure complex attached with wonderful pools Great time had. Recommended to anyone who needs a quiet relaxing break.

A lovely setting for a wedding. Not to far from Bury town centre. The whole wedding package was great. Would recomend to others
