Platt Fields Park offers a range of leisure facilities for all ages with ample green field space. The park features children's play areas, Shakespearian gardens, a rose garden, basketball courts, a BMX skate park and a boathouse. Platt Fields Park contains three dedicated show fields with supporting infrastructure for small-scale, large-scale national and local events.
