I visited TUI in the Trafford Centre recently and came away from my meeting with the adviser excited at the holiday possibilities we discussed. The adviser§ went above and beyond to find out the details to every question I asked and made me feel like nothing was too much to ask in my search for the dream holiday. I would highly recommend visiting this store for your next destination and if you can book a meeting with TUI in the Trafford Centre you will definitely get the deal you want and an 'in store' experience that you just don't get booking online. Really happy!

Nicola-Ann helped us book an all inclusive holiday to Tenerife we wasn’t sure where to go as didn’t want to be in the lively area, she advised and we picked a Rui hotel as we have been there before . The Trafford centre staff were great I was offered a coffee and was served very fast. I will definitely come back into store as the service was great.

I had a great experience with Nicola. She was very helpful and made planning my trip easy and stress-free. She found the best flights and hotels and gave great recommendations for things to do with a family. I highly recommend Nicola at TUI Trafford for anyone planning a trip!

ROYAL TRAVEL REVIEWS

We travelled with Royal Travel and CMA for our recent Umrah trip, can honestly say the royal travel team made the whole trip super smooth - they ensured everyone was well looked after and even attended hotels a day early to ensure everyone had that allocated rooms as soon as we arrived. They made sure all our trips in both holy sites were on time and we were all looked after from day 1 until the end. Small touches like that made a huge difference to to the trip. Waseem is a credit to their team and we shall certainly be using royal travel for future trips.

Alhamdulilah, what an amazing experience and trip with the Royal Travel organised CMA youth trip. Was a beautiful opportunity to allow for strengthened brotherhood and a blessed chance to become closer with our deen. It was my first ever Umrah trip and I was extremely pleased with the whole outcome of the trip. The whole trip was organised smoothly and any issues were dealt with by the Royal Travel members such as Waseem efficiently and effectively.

We have travelled with Royal Travel twice for Umrah and we cannot recommend their services enough. Their commitment to their clients in making the trips as smooth as possible is second to none. Their communication is very clear and are always available to support should any issues arise within the trip. They have made both of our Umrah trips truly memorable, and have allowed us to focus purely on the spiritual aspect as we had full trust in that the logistics were taken care of by Royal Travel . We would highly recommend their services & we would gladly travel with them again.

Great service, even better holiday! We booked our honeymoon to Thailand with James Firth at the Deansgate, Manchester branch, and from the first visit in branch all the way up to a check in call once we landed back from our holiday, we were looked after by James. His recommendations of hotel, activities and the time he spent with us in branch, were a superb reflection on James and his professionalism. We will be using Trailfinders again!

We recently booked a trip To Vietnam with Trailfinders Manchester.. they were 5 star.. the places and hotels they recommended were fantastic, the transfers all worked very smoothly and the service was brilliant. Everytime we called , even if they were different agents, they were all really helpful. Would def use them again

Huw Williams was excellent. We told him what we wanted and he made recommendations and sorted out a very good package for us and gave us tips on saving money. 3 hours after leaving he phoned me to say he had got us seats together on all flights at no extra cost. Would highly recommend. Thanks Huw
