We were served by Sharon at a wedding we attended tonight , and I must say, her service was exceptional. Sharon's professionalism and friendliness stood out throughout the evening, making the event even more enjoyable for everyone at our table. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and our plates were cleared promptly. What impressed us most was her ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was providing extra napkins, offering drink refills, or simply checking in to see if we were comfortable, Sharon went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Her positive attitude and genuine care for the guests made a significant difference in our overall enjoyment of the wedding. I highly recommend Sharon for any event – her outstanding service and attention to detail are truly commendable. Thank you, Sharon, for making our evening so delightful!

Beautiful venue, exceptional customer service from all staff but hats off to Shahid, he really looked after us and made sure our day was ever so special. The decor was 10/10, the food was out of this world. Highly recommend. The down side would be you’re not allowed fireworks or car revving; for (most) Asian weddings this is the finishing touch. Overall, wow. Thank you.

Sheridan recently hosted my sons wedding and I would just simply say that for us they made the impossible become possible. Just like they state in their statement with which I agree that they are truly a dynamic venue where all your needs and requirements can be catered for and served. A special Thank you to Vanessa and her team for all their hard work, dedication and efforts even with all the support offered at the end of the event it was truly amazing and appreciated is this not something that money can always buy. Best of luck for all your future events and I would definitely recommend the Sheridan Suite to anyone and use it again myself in the future again for any future event InShaAllah…

The experience we had there was amazing. The staff was very professional and organized and helpful. Our guests were really appreciating the menu. Phenomenal decorations were done. Special thanks to venessa for organizing the venue, taking time out to discuss how we wanted things, and arranging everything accordingly. She also gave good suggestions in decorations and organizing. Would highly recommend and definitely try again.

The venue is big & spacious. Everytime I attend any wedding at The Sheridan. Everything is always beautifully setup and is layouts & very clean. The staff are very courteous & professional the food served to us is amazing & delicious.

I got married at Manchester Hall in April. From meeting Megan almost 2 years before the day right up until during the day itself, Megan has been absolutely amazing. She was always willing to give her time to us whether that was to show us round or some of our family members, answers our many questions, go through all the details multiple times, and just make us feel totally at ease during all of the preparation. Megan made our options really clear and in the end we chose the 2nd floor rooms. They were perfect and blew us away with how beautiful they looked. They barely need any decoration at all because they are so grand and well decorated themselves. Also before the wedding and on the day we had the pleasure of meeting Will, an ops manager who made us feel so welcome and at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for Will and he kept checking in throughout the day. Everything went perfectly to the planned time and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We would pick Manchester Hall time and time again. Thank you so much!

Fantastic hotel and building! Had a lovely 2 night stay! The breakfast (included with booking) is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Sublime. Brilliant service from every employee we encountered. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Manchester.
