Forget the rest; This is the best. I used to take my previous dog here all the time and he was always groomed beautifully and the staff were excellent. We moved away several years ago and have a new dog, Dylan and he needed a groom at rather short notice so I contacted HOTD. I was offered an appointment the following day and took him along. Lauren recognised me immediately, which was really nice after all this time and I left Dylan with her. They did an excellent job and, despite living several miles away I will certainly be returning. Top marks for customer service and a job well done

I’ve been bringing my Pomeranian Zha-Zha to hair of the dog for years. She fully trusts them, as do I. They are so gentle with her and always make her look amazing and feel comfortable. She’s always smiling and she doesn’t me after iv dropped her off, unlike the vet.

We recently booked our crazy dog, Vader, into Hair of the Dog through the wonderful Lauren. She looked after him from start to finish and was attentive, caring and supportive. Vader came out looking shiny, revitalised and refreshed. Thank you so much for looking after our lovely cockapoo.

Chris is so kind and gentle with my rather excitable puppy. She looks and smells amazing. I love that Chris took the time to tell me about her coat and gave me hints and tips for grooming at home in between visits. I really felt that my he had my puppy’s best interests at heart. I would definitely recommend.

After having tried many groomers in the area I was recommended Chris and We Pet Care, I only wish I had found him sooner. Such a joy to see the care he takes over his doggy clients, fab job, great cut and a very happy Poppy the Sprocker. Thanks Chris.

Took our border terrier there to be stripped . Left her there for one hour came back to collect her and she was done beautifully. Have been to other groomers and lots of them do not strip now . Very friendly place good workshop and good price recommend and will be definitely going back next time.

Been using this groomer for our cockapoo for a few months now. She does an amazing job and is so welcoming and kind. Our dog is more them happy to go and always come out looking amazing. Thank you.
