My husband and I both get our prescriptions from this chemist. I always pick them up -staff always helpful- yes sometimes a queue and sometimes someone takes a bit of time to get their issue sorted. I never get put out by the wait - it could be me that has a query next time. To be fair the issues i hear raised are usually surgery oriented not something the chemist staff have created. Thank you

My partner and I go to this chemist every week and I have never had to wait for a prescription, never had any problems whatsoever. Everyone who works there are really lovely people and will go above and beyond without request . Thank you.

Fast, Efficient & Friendly Service. You won't find a pharmacy who are quicker. They also deliver to their customers if needed! Best in class!

Stones Pharmacy is absolutely brilliant. I used to use the Well pharmacy up the road but they are absolute rubbish compared to stones. The staff here are always helpful and speak to you with respect and kindness, unlike another nearby pharmacy I've had experience of. These guys at stones talk to you like your a person and not an inconvenience. I'm telling all my family and friends to use this chemist. I just wish id have used this chemist sooner x.

Brilliant service. would highly recommend. I spoke to a girl called abi over the phone and she sorted out my querie within 10 mins despite the fact doctors cocked up and only sent it that evening. She was lovely to speak to over the phone and how she dealt with me while I was panicking she deserves a medal. well done all.

An excellent pharmacy with amazingly friendly staff who will do their absolute best to help you out. Open till late which really helps those with a busy lifestyle.

Only recently joined Asda pharmacy for electronic prescription ordering etc as I had so much stress and hassle from the previous chemist I was with. All I can say is from first asking about how to change to the Asda pharmacy to picking up my medications was brilliant, so smooth, straightforward and informative. Absolutely perfect and all persons I came into contact with were really helpful friendly and polite. They did all the electronic info change over and set up the txt messaging service for me. I’ve given 5* but if there were more I’d give them, so it’s 5+* from me.

Has almost everything you need. Lots of helpful advice from knowledgeableal and friendly staff. Short wait Ing times and privacy if you need it. Ample free parking for disabled folks too.
