After being diagnosed with sciatica and trapped nerve I had an assessment and my physio explained my extreme pain was not as diagnosed. He listened to my goals and following his plan, increasing in intensity, I am almost pain free and able to walk distances again. He has done a great job and is highly recommended. Thank you very much.

I injured my back in the gym and decided to sign up for a few physio sessions. My physio was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I ended up having 3 sessions, and my back issues are now completely resolved. I came out of each session confident that I was working on the correct path to recovery. I would definitely recommend Pure Physio, and I'll be sure to come back if I ever need further physio.

I had 8 sessions for my neck and shoulders following a car accident. My physio was very informative through out the sessions . He explained what he was doing and why. He gave me exercises to do at home and also video some to make it easier to follow. i would highly recommend.

A few weeks ago I walked into he practice with shoulder pain and continuing pins and needles to my left hand. After seeing Oliver he discovered that maybe the pain was referred pain from my neck. I have attended the practice for he past 5 weeks, walking out last week pain free, and this week I remain painfree. Thank you.

Ollie is highly professional and knowledgeable. I've been for separate courses of treatment for shoulder pain and tennis elbow - both injuries successfully treated.

Excellent experience. Oliver very quickly identified the cause of my problem and successfully treated me over a course of a few months to enable me to complete my first marathon. I would return and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Well what can I say. Tom is a star. I have been seeing Tom for a while now- initially with chronic knee problems following a patella dislocation a few years ago and then for various injuries due to kickboxing. I have had physio and sports massage appointments and both have been invaluable. I would also stress that you don't have to be an elite athlete to benefit from sports massage- something I have only just found out! Nothing phases Tom- he is always up for the challenge. The service he offers is excellent-professional, varied, challenging (within your ability).

I can’t recommend Tom at function first highly enough! From the very first session, he listened to my problems and with working together found a treatment plan that was both effective and easy to follow. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference in my recovery. Every session was productive, and I always felt listened to and supported, even on the bad weeks. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve made significant progress. If you’re looking for a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist, look no further!

Absolutely brilliant first appointment! Tom was very detailed at asking questions to understand the cause of my back pain, he explained the issue to me, reassured me and provided me with a clear treatment plan. He was also able to relieve my back pain during the first appointment and helped me gain more movement and flexibility. He also took extra care to provide me with advice on questions I had. I'm very grateful and looking forward to my future sessions. I very highly recommend Tom.
