I have always been insecure about my weight, I have tried various diets in the past but didn't get very far due to not having the appropriate support so when I got told about this diet I straight away was interested I was at one of my heaviest and just felt rubbish. I joined in August and was very impressed with the amount of support I have received and was amazed by the results and so quick too, beci has helped me get my confidence back and I no longer hide in the leggings and baggy clothes I used to ware. two and a half stone down and I feel great with lots more energy too. I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone who is wanting to loose weight it has not been an easy battle but the help support and encouragement I have received keeps me motivated and the products taste amazing too I've not finished my journey yet I've still got a bit to go but I know with all the support I will succeed thanks beci and thanks cambridge xx

Walked around doing salutes in the air with a little moustache, talked about wanting to put me in a "special shower" in her back garden. She suspiciously is obsessed with everything white.

Diane is professional, friendly, empathetic and provides an excellent service. Highly reccomend!! The products are lush too.

I highly recommend using Butterfly Effect - The 1:1 Diet. Sam is a very professional kind respectful and friendly consultant who is always there for you to keep you on track and offer advice she offers mobile visits which is great whilst also having her own private office. I've made a very good friend with starting this diet.

Plenty of tips and advice to share. Lovely, kind, warm person who knows the diet well and really cares for her customers. Would definitely recommend Sam to anyone trying to lose weight.
