I recently visited Vantage Chemist prior to a trip to the far East. If I’m honest I was incredibly nervous about the trip as it’s so hard to understand what I needed to take with me - so many conflicting advice online. The staff and pharmacist quickly put my mind at ease, and felt really good about the trip. It’s so nice to feel confident in the advice you are given. Thanks Vanrage chemist.

Fantastic chemist that I would highly recommend. Gurbaksh the pharmacist is very knowledgable, caring and helpful. He’s also very patient and generous with his time. When I was anxious about starting a new medication he gave me reassurance and peace of mind through careful explanations. Excellent service with lovely friendly staff.

Booked my vaccination here and was seen on the same day. Overall, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to have good rapport and relationship with their customers, and are very efficient with their appointments. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs blood test/travel vaccination.

Ringwood pharmacy has looked after me in the best possible way they could. As my partner and I left our vaccinations for travelling round SE Asia too late, they managed to cater us in the right time with correct vaccinations at a affordable price. All the staff were very catering and welcoming, making the process enjoyable and smooth. I would 100% recommend this pharmacy to all.

Exceptional service provided by Sam and the team at Ringwood Pharmacy. Sam is genuinely kind and helpful, taking a sincere interest in the health and wellbeing of clients (he knows everyone by name and remembers the little details, reflecting his sincerity) making the overall experience comforting and stress-free. Me and my friends used Ringwood for our travel vaccines, Sam and Fatima were both knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring, providing excellent, professional service. Thank you so much.

Ringwood Pharmacy has been excellent with all my travel vaccines for backpacking in Southeast Asia. I researched around and found they had the most competitive prices. Equally, their service has been excellent. Very easy to get in touch with answering the phone every time I call, very flexible with appointments to suit my availability and they always treat me with kindness. Special thanks to Sam!

I arrived at this chemist with a helpful friendly member of staff welcoming me and asked if I needed help, how lovely. The Chemist was super clean and well stocked. When the time came for my blood test, the nurse also greeted me with a big smile and was perfectly on time. I went into the cubicle and was immediately put at ease, with easy, friendly conversation. Both female nurses were a delight. It’s been a long time since I have received such good customer service. What a fantastic team they are.

Always excellent customer service when I drop off my occasional large parcels for DPD. Today I realized I had packaged the wrong version of an item and went back before it had been collected and they let me swap the contents over with no quibbles, even though they were clearly very busy. There aren't many places nowadays that give such consistently high customer service levels.

I visited for a blood test and will definitely book it here again when needed. Parking bays available outside the pharmacy. Clean building, polite helpful staff. Booking in screen and mini waiting area. Overall a handy facility and pharmacy.
