Today I had my first Lymphatic Drainage massage at The Health Practice. What a lovely experience from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist and then I was taken through for my massage by my therapist Loki. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was warm and cosy and the massage was amazing it was all I could ask for and more. An added plus was that the bed also felt warm because of an under the bed heater, I had hot towels on my feet and I was thoroughly pampered. Thank you so much Loki I’m looking forward to my next appointment next month.

We had a very pleasant experience at this practice My mother needed wax removing from her ears. Dawn was both professional, and caring, and put my mother at ease before and during the treatment. She made sure my mother was comfortable, and showed what she was doing all the way through. We came away very happy, and would thoroughly recommend for the excellent service, and very good price.

Today I was booked in with Maggie who I have previously had a fantastic professional aromatherapy massage felt like a new person, today was my hot stone massage, which I had been recommended, such a deep heat get right into your bones and find such heat filled massage of the mussel, I could actually feel my hips, ( hip operation), after the massage I was floating on air and pain-free first time for a long time, maggie is so professional, a true lady thank you again, no hesitation in recommending the Heath Practice, and will be booking another massage very soon. I have had three massages here mainly traditional Thai massage and deep tissue sports massage and each time the massages have been excellent and worked wonders. This is the only massage clinic I use now and I will see you all again next month many thanks for your friendliness and expertise
