I registered as an NHS patient at Bhandal Dental Practice two years ago, and the treatment I've received since has been fantastic! I've never struggled to get an appointment and they are always on time. I usually see Dr Sidhu who is brilliant - she spotted a fracture in an x-ray (which A&E hadn't even picked up), and quickly referred me to hospital where I received vital surgery. Last week I had an impacted wisdom tooth come through, and she referred me to see Dr Bhandal to have it removed - I was booked in for the very next day, and was in and out in 5 minutes! Dr Bhandal was quick, careful, and put my mind at ease through the whole process. Thank you both! I would highly recommend Bhandal Dental Practice.

I have recently registered with Bhandal Dental Surgery in Coventry as an emergency. From start to finish, I couldn’t fault them at all, the staff on the phone were helpful and informative, the nurses were friendly and put a very nervous patient at ease, and my dentist was brilliant! I can’t recommend enough, thank you.

Very Professional service from all staff members from the receptionists to the dental nurses and all the team. I was treated by Bas, my treatment was painless and he was very gentle and patient with me and communicated with me throughout to help ease my nerves. I wish I’d visited this dental practice years ago because I wouldn’t have such a fear of the dentists. If anyone is nervous of the dentist I would recommend a visit to Bas because he will put you at ease. The dental practice is very well staffed and is clearly well run. Thanks all for creating a safe and welcoming environment.

My daughter, who is a very nervous patient, has had invisible aligners fitted at the practice. The team have from day one made her feel at ease - the atmosphere is always relaxed, straightforward, and the care team communicate everything so well that my daughter feels at ease. We both always leave the appointment commenting how good they are. Long may it continue.

Excellent dental practice. The dental practitioner was extremely efficient and gave me a thorough inspection including X-rays. He is an excellent dentist and I can’t praise him highly enough. As a nervous patient he made me feel calm and relaxed.

I just wanted to say they have a exceptional Service including their customer service, I have been with the light lane dental for past three years specially as a International student I feel very fortunate to get a service like this away from home,The doctors, nurses and reception are really helpful, recently I had this time issue due to moving from coventry but they instantly called me to book my appointments once they got cancellation in their schedule, so within a week I sort out my issue, thanks to the really helpful staff and management.

All the Dr's at Light Lane Surgery are absolutely fantastic, thorough and so very helpful if you need them in an emergency or a routine appointment. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful too. Can honestly say the best in Coventry.

My experience on my visits have been excellent as I am a very nervous person I was made to feel very at ease all staff very professional and friendly. And very happy and pleased with the service I received.
